One-on-one training sessions with Carly Shivers
We offer private training sessions for $500/hour.
We recommend you let us know what’s going on so we can tell you if a group class is best or private training is the ticket. We regularly fix things in a group class that many other trainers would need private sessions for, and we know the group class offers far more learning than private session ever could, so please know we will almost always tell you the group class is what you need for success.
