*Advanced Drop-in has the prerequisite of High Drive Foundation.

You can mix and match, come to Tuesdays or Saturdays, both, or skip the week! Once you buy your pack you will go on our Advanced class email list and should we not have class an email blast will go out to all. If no such email is sent, you can count on us having class.

It is mandatory for us at High Drive to follow any state and/or county guidelines for COVID-19 stuff. At this time that means anyone joining us for group classes at our training facility will be required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth at all times during class and maintain 6 feet from others. You will need to bring your own mask. This will be strictly enforced for the safety of everyone in our community. These guidelines are subject to change based on mandates from state or county.

This is where the amazing stuff really starts to happen!

Intermediate work is all about taking that foundation and adding the three Ds: Distance, Distraction, and Duration. Your dog will learn how to hold position – sit, down, place – while you walk away; they’ll learn how to hold these positions while other people come up to greet you both; they’ll learn to hold these positions for longer periods of time. Additionally we’ll build distance going to place, start long line work on recall, and introduce the process toward off leash heeling – all while learning to build and utilize your dog’s drive to cement these behaviors. Sit in Motion and Down in Motion will be introduced. Seeing it all come together and the wheels start turning in your dog’s brain is the most fun of all.

TIP : Intermediate classes require attendance and graduation from Basic Obedience Foundation Classes.
